I’ve been a devotee of massage since my 20’s, and can’t recommend Amanda enough. She offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger-Point, Hot Stone Therapy, and Prenatal massage. You can book right online and if you purchase 3 massages in a package online you get a discount. She sees clients Tuesday ~ Saturday in her private massage space in Columbia.

Erina Hoos, Licensed Acupuncturist

I turned to Erina in 2015 to help manage anxiety. I’ve seen her regularly every since. She’s a compassionate, skilled acupuncturist who listens carefully and puts you at ease.
