In Women’s Wellness Coaching I work with my clients to develop a lifetime of improved health & habits over the course of a year. This is not another diet plan. No detoxes. No fads. No counting calories or tracking macros.
With Nutrition Simplified you are introduced to my Women’s Wellness Coaching Program in a 4 month plan. 16 weeks to improved eating behaviors and better nutrition habits with a whole lotta education sprinkled in.
Personal training in a 1:1 setting at two different locations, serving Howard & Southwest Baltimore Counties.
